BETA has room for approximately 100 guests. Tickets were sold online at www.billetlugen.dk, the price was 125,- DKK. Only around 50 tickets were sold. The concert was probably a warm-up for the concert at the Jelling Festival, 2 days later.

This time they were a trio, unlike the year before, when James was solo on stage. Unfortunately, the audience failed again, and therefore there were only about 50 people at the concert, which almost seemed embarrassing.

It was a fine musical experience, with a fuller sound compared to the year before. Again, James seemed sad and gloomy. It's, however, probably no joyride to perform in the shadow of a very famous father.

Fortunately, we met James McCartney outside the BETA earlier that afternoon, so we could get our autographs, because after the concert he quickly left. And James is not a great autograph writer. I have several of his autographs, and none of them are even close to looking alike.
