'It's Rock' was a series of 8 outdoor concerts, scheduled for the summer of 1992. Two of them, the Valby Idrætspark in Copenhagen on July 18th and the Lisbjerg Fællespark in Aarhus on July 19th, had Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band as the headliner.
Up to the first concert, held May 22nd at Lyngby Stadion, almost no tickets were sold in advance, and few people bought tickets at the entrance. As the organizer said: 'There were almost more people behind the stage than in front'.
Because of the lack of an audience at the first concert, and the fact that almost no tickets had been sold for the subsequent concerts, the organizer decided already at the end of May to cancel all the subsequent concerts, including the two with Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band.
However, due to contractual obligations with Ringo Starr's management, another solution was found. (See the concert at The 10-øren on 18/7-1992 here)
